University Heights Community Center has multi-purpose classrooms, an auditorium and community hall available for rent by the hour for many diverse groups & communities.

Our Center, formerly University Heights School, is a Seattle and Nationally Designated Historic Landmark. Founded in 1902, our center still maintains the old school house charm, complete with blackboards in most classrooms and our auditorium.

Our rooms provide a historic feel and excellent setting for a variety of your rental needs. All rooms are designed to serve as multi-purpose flex spaces. Rooms vary in size, amenities & cost.

Located in the heart of the University District in Seattle, WA, University Heights is centrally located, with easy access from I-5 and 520. Parking is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.
